Attention Part A cadets .

For this week's training , its your first time wearing the uniform .

Although its your first time , i expect to see the best of you guys .

Be proud to be in that uniform .

I want your uniform to be in tip top shape .

No excuses .

Except for the 2 cadets who do not have their boots and pants , you are expected to come in P.E attire .


And for the rest of you , bring your P.E attire along , keep it inside your bag .

Part B

Attention part B cadets.
READ THROUGHLY AND UNDERSTAND THE WORDS THAT I TYPE.

I have forgotten to give out the Kayaking Edusave Forms.
My apologies.
I realised that there is painstakingly insufficient time for me to give you all the forms during
my recess time.
A few classes have not received the Trainfire,Kayaking forms. 2e1,2e5 and 2t1.
All classes have not received the edusave forms.

I would be giving out all forms BY MONDAY LATEST.
RETURN TO ME ALL FORMS ( EDUSAVE,TRAINFIRE,KAYAKING ) cut out by
TUESDAY 16/2/2009.

Failure to do so will result to creative punishment from me.

Before I end my post,make sure you do alot of arm exercises to build up your muscles for arm drils.lBut make sure for Wednesday you dont have cramps.

Attn : Part A Cadets .

Part A im glad to say that you guys have improved alot since the first training started .
I can tell that you guys are more focused and alert .
But , Even though you guys try to put in alot of effort to show participation ,
that is not enough .

You have to show your basic respect .
When you're told to fall in , or given any order ,
Please do it quickly .
The faster you can finish what is supposed to do ,
The more time we can spend bonding closer .

Please bear in mind .
During NCC , playtime is over .
Until we are ahead of time and i choose to have some fun with you .

Before or After NCC ,
I'm okay if you guys want to have some fun with me and joke about .
But still maintain your mutual respect .

1 thing i noticed about you guys are ,
You're not bonded close enough as a team .
During PT just now ,
I observed how some of you just kept running leaving the slower ones behind .

Remember Part A .

ONE FOR ALL , ALL FOR ONE .


Motivate and cheer for your fellow platoon mates .
It takes every single one of you to succeed .
And i believe that you can succeed well .

By the way you guys act , i know you have good potential to outshine the other parts .
Don't feel small and underestimated .
Prove to the rest that even the Part A cadets can be at their very best .

Your attendance was much better than the other Parts .
And i want you guys to maintain this standard .

You guys are a lovely bunch of kids .

Video of you guys marching.
Improved quite a bit.
I was disappointed when Benedict made faces halfway in the video.
Maturity brings about character and this makes up an abundance your drills.
From this,I can conclude about your seriousness and maturity level.
Indeed,your drills have improved but when i saw Benedict making faces,
really,that changed everything.

Be more mature.You guys are Sec 2s now.A year and 3 months more you will be taking over this unit.Faster you guys mature,the faster your eyes open.

Dear Part Bs,

Im expecting full attendance this week as I have something urgent to discuss
with all of you.
Force your friends to come as it is really important.
It is regarding your trainfire and your IMT.

Bring water bottles.
Wear full no.4 with beret.
Bring your consent form with 10 dollars.*

P.T shall be games as we did not manage to play games last week.

*Check your forms thoroughly back and front.This can prevent time wastage.
