Dear Part Bs,

I have mixed feelings during the IMT which we just went through.However,I must try to look at the positive side of things. From my view, as your Platoon Commander, I can see that all you are bonding closer as a Part. From my view, I see that most of you are in a jubilant mood after your IMT, even though you failed or did badly.

That is a good sign as all of you must move forward.No use looking back and cursing yourself.However do reflect on where you have gone wrong as IMT is one of the trickiest subjects in NCC.For now, just look forward to your Part C IMT. For those who passed,congratulations and I wish the 4 of you the best.

Approximately 5 more trainings from now will be the Part D's POP. Do appease my heart by coming down for trainings. With IMT down, we have one major hurdle left to cross. ORIENTERING. With this I end my post.

As you all know , our annual camp is this coming saturday .
So bring along your enthusiasm and eagerness .
The time for you guys to report is by 7.15 .
If you can come earlier then thats better .
Please report to the canteen .
Be in your No.4 Uniform and make sure its in the tip top conditions .
You'll all be having your proficiency test
So your dressing would definitely be vital .

Again a gentle reminder not to bring expensive electronic items such as handphones or mp3's .
We would not be responsible for any loss .
Also do not bring Cigarettes or drugs .
We will seriously deal with it severely .

Be present this coming training 11 of march
as I have loads of things to complete with all of you.
From giving out the 'what to bring' for march camp form
to recapping of arm drills.
Your abscence from this training is basically your loss.
What Ive described is just the tip of the iceberg.
Remember,March Camp is at the end of this week.
Your failure in your Arm's Drill's test will result to you to not having your
Cadet Profiency Badge.

Attention Part A


For tomorrow's training , i want all your forms to be handed in .
Don't tell me that you lost your forms .
BE responsible over your own things .

If you happen to lose your form , i will not hesitate to punish you .

And don't ask me stupid questions whether you should wear your no.4 uniform tomorrow .
Common sense .
Bring P.E attire also .

And make sure your uniform is in better condition than last week .
If i still see people having lousy uniform ,
