Attn : Part A Cadets .

Part A im glad to say that you guys have improved alot since the first training started .
I can tell that you guys are more focused and alert .
But , Even though you guys try to put in alot of effort to show participation ,
that is not enough .

You have to show your basic respect .
When you're told to fall in , or given any order ,
Please do it quickly .
The faster you can finish what is supposed to do ,
The more time we can spend bonding closer .

Please bear in mind .
During NCC , playtime is over .
Until we are ahead of time and i choose to have some fun with you .

Before or After NCC ,
I'm okay if you guys want to have some fun with me and joke about .
But still maintain your mutual respect .

1 thing i noticed about you guys are ,
You're not bonded close enough as a team .
During PT just now ,
I observed how some of you just kept running leaving the slower ones behind .

Remember Part A .

ONE FOR ALL , ALL FOR ONE .


Motivate and cheer for your fellow platoon mates .
It takes every single one of you to succeed .
And i believe that you can succeed well .

By the way you guys act , i know you have good potential to outshine the other parts .
Don't feel small and underestimated .
Prove to the rest that even the Part A cadets can be at their very best .

Your attendance was much better than the other Parts .
And i want you guys to maintain this standard .

You guys are a lovely bunch of kids .

Keep it up Part A !
