Dear Part Bs,

I have mixed feelings during the IMT which we just went through.However,I must try to look at the positive side of things. From my view, as your Platoon Commander, I can see that all you are bonding closer as a Part. From my view, I see that most of you are in a jubilant mood after your IMT, even though you failed or did badly.

That is a good sign as all of you must move forward.No use looking back and cursing yourself.However do reflect on where you have gone wrong as IMT is one of the trickiest subjects in NCC.For now, just look forward to your Part C IMT. For those who passed,congratulations and I wish the 4 of you the best.

Approximately 5 more trainings from now will be the Part D's POP. Do appease my heart by coming down for trainings. With IMT down, we have one major hurdle left to cross. ORIENTERING. With this I end my post.
